Golden Eagles trample familiar foes en route to Sweet 16

The Brockport men’s basketball team got to exorcize a few demons this past weekend in walking away from St. Lawrence University with a trip to the NCAA Division III Sweet 16.

Brockport comes up short in ECAC finals; loses to William Smith

The SUNY Brockport women’s basketball team came within five minutes of a season-ending title, but the Golden Eagles’ record-setting season concluded with a 68-60 loss to William Smith in the ECAC Upstate New York Tournament.
Courtney Hines’ 26 points weren’t enough for a victory over the Herons, who ended the game with a 16-5 run to win the title. Brockport finished the season with 22 wins, which set a school record for most in a season. The Golden Eagles’ 30 games played also is a team-high... Read More
