Tuttle gym gets new equipment

 President John Halstead cut the ribbon to officially introduce the $70,000 of new equipment now available in the Tuttle North Fitness Center Feb. 19.

“We’ve made a substantial investment for our students, faculty, staff and community with this new addition,” Halstead said. “We believe in the total development of students and this high-tech equipment is yet another demonstration of our commitment first and foremost to the success of our students.”

 The latest improvements to the center include the 15-piece Cybex Eagle Circuit, Cybex’s premier line of strength training equipment.  Also purchased were a Cybex Smith Press, three adjustable weight benches, two upright cycles and a three-station Multi-Gym.  Additionally, new lighting has been installed to brighten the workout area...Read More
