Dublin is the capital of Ireland.  It was founded around 988 A.D. and the first Celtic inhibition was established around 500 B.C. The modern, yet historical city, is one of the gems of the Emerald Isle. In a European poll, Dublin was voted the best capital city to live in and was voted Europe’s “Friendliest City.” After spending one day there, it is not hard to see why.
