Balling and Hemingway undefeated against Geneseo, Brockport loses opening match

Hockey team works hard to build their rink

It may not feel like hockey season yet, but the SUNY Brockport ice hockey team spent the weekend creating a wintery area while other students enjoyed the warm weather.

Members of the team worked from Aug. 30 to Sept. 3 constructing the Tuttle ice rink they will use for practices and games. While the first game is not until Oct. 20, there was excitement in the frosty arena as players painted the playing surface and placed advertisements in the ice.. Read More
